A rapidly growing food prep delivery service company is looking to hire Food Assembly Team Members. As a Food Assembly Team Member, you are responsible for plating food items in accordance with company standard plating guidelines. This is a critical role in making sure every customer experiences products appealing and consistent. What Makes the Job Great Excellent company culture Four-day work schedule Great benefits and incentives What You’ll Be Doing Ensures all ingredients are put onto plate with proper placement per plating guide Communicates any variance in number of plates needed to number produced to manager Portion food items according to predefined instructions and ensure that garnishing activities are properly carried out Ability to work with a controlled sense of urgency to achieve 85% efficiency within 2-weeks Ensures all safety and sanitation practices are upheld with a no compromise standard Adopts & maintains “Perfection of Plate” mentality through all levels and areas Must be able to be trained on proper use of scales and portion scoops Any special task at management request Handle food rotation activities, placing special focus on ensuring that food items are not wasted Maintain steady, even pace to promote accuracy and quality of work Who We’re Looking For Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (38*F) Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Ability to read, understand and carry out task per plate or recipe guide Ability to take, understand and use constructive criticism to produce the best you and the best product Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel and complete repetitive work for long periods of time Ability to read, write, identify, and verify numbers Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions Must maintain personal hygiene in accordance with Fitlife standards What You Can Expect $14.00/hr starting pay rate Schedule of Tuesday – Friday, 8:00am – 6:30pm Free daily lunch for all employees Training and advancement opportunities Discounted medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Monthly bonus for perfect attendance 8 Paid Holidays Company Description StaffBuildersHR is a recruiting and staffing company committed to providing an exceptional staffing experience for our clients by offering superior customer service and highly trained individuals.
