Overview Why consider this job opportunity: Salary range of $76,000.00 - $114,000.00 Eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), providing the opportunity for significant incentive compensation Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as tuition assistance Opportunities for career advancement within a leading medical technology company Work in a field-based role with the flexibility to drive to multiple accounts Join a diverse and innovative team dedicated to improving healthcare access and equity Responsibilities Represent the employer during surgeries and implants, providing necessary equipment and demonstrating expertise in implant procedures Maintain knowledge of assigned products and services, as well as competitive offerings Educate and train healthcare professionals on product use and therapies through various educational sessions Assist in the training and onboarding of new employees within the district Provide sales support by completing necessary documentation and managing customer service orders Qualifications High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 6 years of patient care/clinical experience; or Associate’s Degree AND a minimum of 4 years of patient care/clinical experience; or Bachelor’s Degree AND a minimum of 2 years of patient care/clinical experience Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy Ability to communicate effectively with sales and healthcare professionals Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Clinical experience with implantable Neuromodulation products Experience servicing medical personnel on product use Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience working with a medical device or pharmaceutical company #MedicalTechnology #HealthcareInnovation #ClinicalSpecialist #PatientCare #CareerOpportunities We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
