Job Description

Channel Account Manager For The Logitech Cdwt Team

Logitech is the sweet spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way. Location: Logitech is proud to support a hybrid/remote work culture. To ensure stellar customer service and partner care, this is a full-time remote role. We are only able to consider candidates in the Chicago Metro Area or other locations within IL that have a reasonable commute to the Chicago Sales Office. Travel Requirements: This role requires travel for internal meetings, industry conferences (as required/needed), and on-site customer visits to strengthen partnerships.

The Team and Role: Logitech is at the forefront of designing innovative solutions that elevate the employee and customer experience. Our CDW team operates within the broader Logitech for Business channel ecosystem supporting the CDW sellers to provide tailored solutions for their customers in Enterprise, Verticals, SMB, and Public Sector. As a Channel Account Manager for the Logitech CDW Team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic partnerships, building strong relationships, developing customized programs, and aligning Logitech's solutions with the needs of CDW's customers. Your ability to understand the intricacies of the CDW ecosystem, think creatively, and lead with a collaborative mindset will be integral to achieving success. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners, including executive leadership, solution architects, and marketing teams, to align strategies with key objectives and deliver exceptional value to CDW.

Your Contribution: Be Yourself. Be Open. Stay Hungry and Humble. Collaborate. Challenge. Decide and Just Do. Share our passion for equality and the environment. These are the core behaviors and values you'll need for success at Logitech. In this role, you will: Establish executive-level relationships with CDW and ensure alignment with public sector goals and Logitech solutions. Develop tailored joint business plans to drive growth in partnership with CDW sales teams. Lead the strategic development and execution of strategies to expand partner engagements and business opportunities. Collaborate with other sales teams to elevate cross-partner engagement and ensure continuity in service delivery. Partner closely with internal Logitech teams, including Solution Architects, to strategically position Logitech's video collaboration and IT product portfolio to meet government and enterprise needs. Set go-to-market plans and engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with CDW. Conduct weekly activity management, pipeline reviews, and forecasting across all Logitech portfolios with the CDW sales teams. Work closely with channel marketing to effectively utilize MDF budgets and execute initiatives that drive partner growth, generate new revenue, and establish long-term customer relationships.

Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: Exceptional channel management experience, ideally with a technology manufacturer. Proven success working with IT and AV VARs and integrators, particularly those in public sector environments. Strategic and proactive relationship-building skills, with demonstrated success engaging and influencing "C"-level executives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and professional manner. Exceptional presentation skills and executive presence to facilitate impactful conversations with stakeholders. Highly motivated to develop partnerships to unlock new growth opportunities. Creative approach to marketing and messaging tailored to specific needs. Leadership capabilities in building joint business plans that achieve shared objectives. Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, including video collaboration, unified communications, networking/mobility, and security products. Experience selling unified communications (UC) solutions and solid knowledge of cloud technologies. Ability to lead sales demonstrations and training sessions effectively. Familiarity with sales processes and end-customer engagement. Willingness to travel across the United States up to 50% of the time. Experience working with or for CDW.

Preferred Qualifications: Advanced experience in partner enablement, joint business planning, and co-selling strategies. Ability to map partner landscapes, identify growth opportunities, and provide competitive insights.

This position offers an OTE (On Target Earnings) of typically between $129K and $222K dependent on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.

Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play. We help teams collaborate/learn from anywhere, without compromising on productivity or continuity so it should be no surprise that most of our jobs are open to work from home from most locations. Our hybrid work model allows some employees to work remotely while others work on-premises. Within this structure, you may have teams or departments split between working remotely and working in-house. Logitech is an amazing place to work because it is full of authentic people who are inclusive by nature as well as by design. Being a global company, we value our diversity and celebrate all our differences. Don't meet every single requirement? Not a problem. If you feel you are the right candidate for the opportunity, we strongly recommend that you apply. We want to meet you! We offer comprehensive and competitive benefits packages and working environments that are designed to be flexible and help you to care for yourself and your loved ones, now and in the future. We believe that good health means more than getting medical care when you need it. Logitech supports a culture that encourages individuals to achieve good physical, financial, emotional, intellectual and social wellbeing so we all can create, achieve and enjoy more and support our families.
