The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for the generation of new customer business for Starkey’s sales team. This position communicates primarily with prospective and low volume Starkey customers. Initi customer relationships by using a consultative sales approach to identify needs which can be filled with Starkey products. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and values to accomplish Starkey’s mission of serving our customers better than anyone else.
