Job Description

Business Development Representative (BDR) Are you passionate about technology and excited about helping businesses achieve their goals? As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and generating leads, connecting with decision-makers at mid to large Corporate Accounts, and ultimately driving growth for this industry-leading cloud platform. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a real impact on the success of some of the biggest companies in the world. Your mission will be to identify high-potential leads, qualify prospects, and create a robust sales pipeline. Responsibilities: Prospect and identify high-potential corporate accounts. Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts, understanding their pain points and business needs. Together with our Principals, craft compelling value propositions that demonstrate how our cloud solutions can solve their specific challenges and deliver business value. Qualify leads through effective conversations and research. Collaborate with internal teams such as Field Sales and Solutions Architect to build comprehensive solutions and proposals. Extend sales support by preparing detailed prospect information, meeting summaries (if applicable), and contribute to reports that enhance our team’s ability to close deals. Contribute to pipeline development and forecasting, tracking metrics and reporting on progress towards goals. Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies and industry trends. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the technology sector. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proven track record of identifying and qualifying leads, driving successful sales cycles, and exceeding targets. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with and engage executives at all levels. Deep understanding of cloud computing concepts and the competitive landscape. Collaborative and team-oriented player with a strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding expectations.
