THE CHARLOTTE DOUGLAS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT , is seeking both full time and part time applicants that are available to work EARLY morning AM shift and PM shift.
PM SHIFT NEEDED MORE. (see shift schedule below. Applicants must be willing to work at a very fast pace and work schedule as required by manager. Applicants must have great customer service skills and should enjoy meeting people from all parts of the country. These positions are located at the FDY, Inc.
Bojangles stores Concourse B & D/E at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Previous experience with a Bojangles' franchise or other fast food restaurant is preferred, but not mandatory.
Store operating hours are Monday to Sunday from 5:00 AM to 10:30 PM.
SHIFT SCHEDULES NEEDED:
AM: (5:00AM-1:30PM) (7:00AM-3:00PM) AND (8:30AM-4:30PM)
PM: (2:30PM-10:30PM) (3PM-11:00PM) (4:00PM-11:00pm)
Job duties include, but are not limited to: - Greeting guests with cheerful and helpful attitude
- Listening attentively to guests and offering suggestions
- Properly take orders and operate the POS system
- Operating with a sense of urgency
- Prepping ingredients, preparing meals, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Adhering to all required safety and sanitation protocols. HAIR MUST be covered at all ties
- Compliance with FDY, Inc.'s uniform, appearance, and operational standards as defined in the Associate Handbook
Successful candidates and Requirements: - Must be an excellent team member and have the ability to work with multiple people.
- Must be willing to train for all positions, provide 110% customer service
- Must be friendly, engaging, and must possess superb customer service skills.
- Must be able to work at a fast pace and have a sense of urgency.
- Must be able to work complete scheduled shifts with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be approved for airport badge through TSA.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift and night shift, Holidays, Saturday to Friday, weekend availability
- May also schedule 4 days 10 hours weekly

COVID-19 considerations:
To maintain safety of our team members and customers, we have installed plexiglass at our registers . Mask are optional and gloves must be worn at all times. We sanitize and disinfect frequently used surfaces and deep clean the restaurant often.
Experience:
- Basic math: 1 year (Preferred)

- 4 days 10 hour shift also available
