About the Role
The Company is seeking a dynamic Associate Vice President to lead Asset-Based Financing Operations. In this pivotal role, you will manage the operational components of private client mandates, ensuring exceptional and timely service to both external clients and internal teams. You will engage directly with clients and agents regarding position updates and trade-related inquiries, while also overseeing daily portfolio monitoring. Additionally, you will be instrumental in establishing new structures within the private whole loan arena, allocating funds appropriately, and supervising the booking, capturing, and reconciling of trades.
Your responsibilities will encompass reviewing and managing daily cash and position reconciliations, investigating and resolving transaction discrepancies, and monitoring the private deal pipeline to maintain client liquidity and ensure timely funding. Candidates should possess a minimum of 6 years' experience in structured products or within a middle-office capacity, alongside a solid understanding of security operations related to loans, fixed income products, private assets, and the trade lifecycle. Proficiency in Excel is a MUST.
