As an Associate Producer, you will lead a cross-functional development team, and be responsible for the delivery of high-quality features and services. 

You are passionate about video games and you have a deep understanding of game development and live operations. You prioritize collaboration, showcasing effective leadership and communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of business practices.

You play a vital role within the team, collaborating with Studio Leadership, supervised by the Production Director, to achieve breakthroughs on schedule and within budget.

What You'll Do

  • Successfully completing the roadmap by collaborating with key partners throughout a live game’s life cycle.

  • Planning and coordinating the development of multiple achievements.

  • Supervising the day to day development and offering the crucial mentorship and course correction as needed.

  • Ensuring transparent and smooth communication with the Studio Leadership.

  • Supporting studio techniques, standards, and advocacy.

  • Facilitating the communication between the PO and the Scrum Team.

  • Helping the team to deliver, identifying and removing impediments.

  • Building and maintaining team velocity, health, motivation and trust.

  • Ensuring the accurate balance between the Product Owner's requests and the team’s velocity.

  • Advocating for the Agile/Scrum methodology while providing developers with the vital support to ensure their complete adoption of the process.

  • Driving Scrum Events: Backlog estimate, daily scrum, sprint review and retrospective.

  • Working closely with the Production Director to continually improve and document processes. 

What We're Looking For

  • Successful track record of multiple shipped projects adhering to outlined scope, budget, and timelines, including mobile F2P

  • 4+ years of game production experience in full cycle development and or live operations

  • Jedi-level Jira and Confluence user skills

  • Excellent analytical skills and creative problem solving chops

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum certification a plus 

  • Prior experience in Social casino development a plus

  • Self-starting and emotionally intelligent producer.

  • Diverse background in crafting games with internal and external collaborators.

  • Passionate about people and players, ensuring both are at the heart of everything you do.

  • You excel in a dynamic, team-oriented setting and are well-known for diving in to accomplish tasks.

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
