An Appliance and Installation Sales Specialist engages with customers to understand their needs and provide expert appliance solutions, including design proposals and coordination of delivery and installation. The role requires maintaining deep product knowledge, achieving sales targets, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with sales teams to ensure project completion. This position combines sales expertise with project management across multiple store locations to deliver premium service and post-sale support.
As an Appliance and Installation Sales Specialist, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations, both in stores and in their homes. You’ll provide expertise and design proposals to customers seeking premium appliance solutions. You’ll then ensure products are delivered and installed, including post-sale support and follow-up. You’ll also partner with outside sales to coordinate all aspects of each project from beginning to end. In this role, you’ll work across a local micro-market of Best Buy stores.
