Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Logistics Support
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our logistics operations. This role is essential in maintaining efficient communication and organization within our team and with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry into logistics and internal systems
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Respond to customer and internal emails with clarity and professionalism
Schedule and confirm appointments for pickups, deliveries, and internal meetings
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Coordinate with team members to support daily operations
Provide administrative support to logistics and dispatch teams as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
