Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: St Paul, MN

Industry: Manufacturing

Pay: $23-27 an hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a front desk role that plays a key part in creating a welcoming environment while providing essential administrative and clerical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls; check and return voicemail messages
  • Manage front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and deliveries
  • Order and restock office supplies, snacks, and beverages for a two-floor office
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Schedule, plan, and support internal meetings and office lunches
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing executive expense reports and making travel arrangements
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and office operations as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of prior administrative or front desk support experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with online expense reporting tools such as Concur is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset

Schedule:

  • Hours are 7:45 - 4:30pm CST
  • Onsite Monday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Fridays. Initial training period may require full onsite attendance during the first month.
