LaSalle Network is partnering with a full-service digital marketing agency that bridges the gap between high-quality video production, award-winning website design and creative online marketing strategies. They are looking for an Account Executive in Digital Marketing to join their team in their Nashville office.

This Account Executive, Digital Marketing is committed to learning the ins and outs of their clients, is passionate about business goals and looks to closely collaborate with the agency team to develop and offer creative solutions.

Account Executive, Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of digital campaign strategy and execution through both organic and paid tactics - social media, search, programmatic, YouTube, streaming radio, etc.
• Ability to make critical in-the-moment decisions on the overall success of projects/strategies while staying focused on the high-level picture, managing expectations and ensuring success for internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Familiarity with web development and video production processes
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and analytics and share reporting and ROI with internal team and clients
• Eagerness to learn about different industries and businesses models
• Ability to work independently, but also a love of working with a creative team

Account Executive, Digital Marketing Requirements:

• 3+ years of digital marketing/advertising experience, preferably in a marketing agency (open to in-house experience as well)
• Deep understanding of clients' business environments and the role strategies/campaigns play in meeting their marketing objectives
• Highly responsive with a proven ability to communicate at the executive level
• Ability to articulate a vision and motivate and guide the team to execute the plan with success and measurable results
• Ability to effectively translate technical ideas to non-technical professionals and vice versa
• Strong knowledge of digital campaign strategy and execution through both organic and paid tactics - social media, search, programmatic, YouTube, streaming radio, etc.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and analytics and share reporting and ROI with internal team and clients
